Tile collisions need to be improved

one of the most frustrating things about chases as a killer is all the loops that have some micro protrusion at ankle level that you cant see as you are running the loop that you collide into and get stuck which gives distance to the survivors for no other reason than me trying to hug a loop tight and now all of a sudden i am frozen in place because of some super tiny part jutting out that is not noticeable in the killers field of view and attention when running around what looks like an oval

This is very noticeable, especially when playing Wesker.
